I don't have a cohesive blog post for you today... More a series of punctuated thoughts:
1. Damn, my house is crafty!
2. The dog is in my seat on the couch.
3. Aurelia boasted a 1:1 ratio of cute to pathetic this afternoon when she was tired.
4. One more person tells me how big I/my fetus are, I will slap them in the face (or at least envision a slaptastic slapping because it's generally at work...)
5. I took a page out of Aurelia's book and ate some cheese cubes as an after-work snack.
6. I am looking forward to going to a good pumpkin patch with Aurelia this fall (like, seriously!).
7. My work schedule for October is pleasantly light; I elected to work straight through and take my maternity leave just as soon as my water breaks, but that still doesn't mean I want to work a whole lot!
8. We have accrued about 2000 My Coke Rewards points (thanks, Ken!!)... A friend of ours won a cruise through their sweepstakes, but I still am unsure of how to spend them.
9. I miss alcohol, she said while taking a sip of some weird virgin sweet-n-sour concoction.
10. Thanks to a collaborative effort from Grandma Patty, Uncle Thomas and Ikea Seattle, this time tomorrow, I will have the crib and dresser necessary to complete my kids' nursery!! Who's excited?! It's me.
...One day, I'll start adding pictures of the munchkin... Def going to figure out a way to add some photos of the DIY nonsense I've been up to.
