I had a good laugh last night... it was Aurelia's second attempt to feed herself an entire meal with a utensil. It's taken me a long time to get past the mess factor; we gotta do what we gotta do. Matthew could not even touch her until she was bathed and applesauce free.
She is really concentrating on that thing!! The cup did start on the tray. This was about halfway through, when she decided it would be easier if she could get all of her hands and bangs involved. Also, weird fact about my kid: loves cheese and bread as separate entities; does not care for grilled cheese... what?!
