Blerg. So, here it is. The actual reason of posting this here: I gained weight from last week. I am prepared to blame Easter for this one, but truthfully, the Easter bunny did not tie me up and force-feed me chocolate. Of this, alone, I am perfectly capable--albeit regretful. Two weeks have gone by and my goal is two weeks closer. And I am up a pound. No words of encouragement here, please. Only words of degradation and disgust. Well, maybe don't be too harsh. It's only been two weeks. But I do need to get my butt in gear, so to speak.
Me and three other moms are competing in a weight-loss challenge, but being the facilitator thereof may hinder my personal success. I promised that I would walk twice a week, mall or otherwise, in the mornings. I have not done so. Then I said I would walk the dog before anyone woke up, but I do so love to sleep (Thad slept from 11-6:30 this morning!!).
I have some work to do. Someone tell me to get on it.
