Weigh-In Wednesday

The second week is done, and I have a bunch to show for it.  Five out of seven days with exercise, and a new understanding of what exactly I was putting in my mouth before I started a ridiculous 1290 calorie diet.  It must have been absolutely horrible.  Either way, I'm sticking to my guns, and my group has been an amazing help.  Anybody who needs to lose weight-- do it with a bunch of people; it's super.
